CABA-MDTP (Computer Application & Business Accounting-MDTP)
One of the significant initiatives of the Council has been the transformation of Urdu speaking population into part of the employable technological workforce in the age of technology and computer. It not only provides job opportunity for Urdu speaking people but also increases computer literacy rate of the country. NCPUL launched a one-year course ‘Diploma in Computer Applications, Business Accounting, and Multilingual DTP’ across the country. To transfer the information technology to language and making Urdu speaking boys and girls part of employable technology workforce of India, NCPUL establishes Computer Applications, Business Accounting and Multilingual DTP Centres (CABA-MDTP) across the country. At present, 511 CABA MDTP Centres are running in 261 Districts of 25 States in which 24462 students including 9784 girls have been admitted. So far 172934 students have been awarded diploma in Computer Applications, Business Accounting and Multilingual DTP.
CABA-MDTP (Computer Application & Business Accounting-MDTP)
To popularize Urdu Language and its script across the country, the NCPUL has launched ‘One Year Diploma Course in the Urdu Language’ through Hindi and English medium. This course has received an overwhelming response throughout the country. Presently, 887 Urdu Study Centers are running in 26 States and 363 Districts. 60266 students including 29884 girls have registered themselves for pursuing this course.
Eligibility for Admission:
- Students who can read and write Hindi or English language can take admission in this course.
- There is no age limit for this course.
- Student’s educational qualification should be 10th or equivalent (desirable)
D.EL.ED (Diploma In Elementary Education)
Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed) is a diploma course which is of a total of 2 years and divided into four semesters. The exams are conducted for the course at the end of each of the semesters. The course has been designed to provide education to the teachers and to train them for the primary level teaching. The main aim of the course is to cover the theoretical knowledge and basic skills development in order to provide the teachers education in terms of effective teaching practices and modern classroom trends. After completing a course in diploma in elementary education, the candidates can pursue their career as a teacher in an elementary school. The minimum eligibility which is required to pursue a diploma in elementary education is to pass 12th from a recognised board or school. The admission to the course is done on the basis of merit obtained by the student in the 12th level exam and an entrance exam.
